No. A donation is a voluntary gift to support The Rewilding Collective’s work. It does not give you ownership of land, Community Shares, voting rights or a financial return.
Community Shares are a separate form of investment through which people can collectively purchase and legally co-own land for rewilding and regenerative food growing.

The benefit of your donation is the contribution it makes towards nature recovery, community-led rewilding and the development of projects that enable people to protect and restore land together.
Yes. If you are an eligible UK taxpayer, you can make a Gift Aid declaration when completing the donation form. This allows The Rewilding Collective to claim an additional 25p from HMRC for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.
To make a Gift Aid declaration, you will need to provide your full name and home address, including your postcode, and confirm that you have paid enough UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in the relevant tax year.
You are responsible for paying any difference if the amount of tax you have paid is less than the Gift Aid claimed. Please notify The Rewilding Collective if you cancel your declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax.
Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable once they have been processed. If you believe that a donation has been made in error, please contact The Rewilding Collective as soon as possible.
You can also support the initiative by volunteering, following its progress, sharing its work, attending events or exploring the opportunity to purchase Community Shares and participate in collectively owning and restoring land.
